The end-of-year meeting is held in November, which is the last month on the SpreadAid International calendar. The meeting gives members the chance to eat and relax after working tediously throughout the year.

The top 3 fundraisers were awarded. 1st- Ms Mary Bushel 2nd – Mr. Maxwell Kumatey 3rd – Ms Tracy Bawa The first and second runners-up were given a SpreadAid International framed citation and Ms Mary Bushel (the winner) was given a beautiful crystal award.
